1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Brown the pork chops in a skillet in oil.
Place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan. Sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
